Rural wireless is not one-size-fits-all. Hills, trees, distance from a tower, indoor placement, network capacity, and the router all affect the connection.

Blue and Pink use different coverage networks. We look for the option with the strongest chance of usable service at your exact location.
Choose equipment for your signal and usage
The 4G LTE router covers everyday use. The 5G router adds more band support, capacity, and external-antenna connections for demanding homes.
Monthly service and equipment
The $129.99 monthly price covers the internet plan. A compatible Viper router is a separate one-time purchase because the equipment is prepared for the selected network and ships pre-configured.
The 4G LTE router is the lower-cost choice for browsing, email, video calls, and standard streaming. The 5G router supports additional 5G and LTE bands, more external-antenna connections, and heavier household use. Availability still depends on the signal at the service location.

- 5-day service trial: cancel within 5 days of activation for a refund of the first month.
- 30-day equipment return: the router must reach Viper within the return window; shipping fees are deducted from the refund.
- Month to month: cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. There is no cancellation fee.

What to know before choosing a plan
Are Blue and Pink different speeds?+
They are different coverage options, not a fast plan and a slow plan. The better choice is the network with the stronger usable signal at your address. Actual speed depends on signal quality, tower distance, terrain, network capacity, and the router you use.
Is equipment included in the monthly price?+
No. The monthly plan is $129.99, and a compatible router is a separate one-time purchase. The Shop page shows the plan and equipment together before checkout.
What does unlimited mean?+
Viper plans do not have a monthly data cap, overage charges, or a reduced-speed tier after a fixed number of gigabytes. Service remains subject to the normal fair-use terms described in the FAQ.
Can you guarantee a speed before I order?+
No rural wireless provider can honestly guarantee an exact speed before testing at the location. Viper checks coverage first and explains the factors that may affect the connection.
What happens if the service is not a good fit?+
The monthly service has a 5-day activation trial. Cancel within that window for a refund of the first month. Router equipment has a separate 30-day return window; shipping fees are deducted from the refund.
